Q: Do I need to bring anything to a sound healing session?
Just yourself. For in-person sessions, a yoga mat, blanket, and water are encouraged. Virtual sessions? Headphones for the best sound quality.
Q: What’s the difference between Sound Healing and Chakra Alignment?
Sound healing focuses on energetic clearing through vibration. Chakra & Meridian Alignment includes physical energy work and Reiki-inspired practices to go deeper.
Q: Are sessions refundable?
All bookings are non-refundable, but you may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Q: Can I book multiple sessions in advance?
Absolutely. You can book single sessions or package multiple appointments to stay consistent with your healing journey.
Q: I’ve never done this before. What can I expect?
You’re in good hands. Sessions are gentle, guided, and personalized to meet you where you are. There’s no “perfect” way to show up—just come as you are.
Q: Are virtual sessions just as effective?
Yes. Energy and intention transcend space. Many clients have powerful breakthroughs and energetic releases from the comfort of their own homes.
Q: Can I gift a session to someone else?
Yes! Gift cards and custom session packages are available upon request. It’s a beautiful way to support a loved one’s journey.
